Rust Spots to Revelation ~ Art That Speaks

Creation
Creation

You want to collect art, but you want your art to speak deeply.

You enjoy abstract art, but only if you can find its message.

Perhaps you have a desire for your art to speak of your Creator or of His Book.

But you don’t want the message to be overt.

You want it to be subtle, hidden; you want a little mystery involved.

“Rust Spots to Revelation - Art that Speaks” You want to collect art, but you want your art to speak deeply. You enjoy abstract art, but only if you can find its message. Perhaps you have a desire for your art to speak of your Creator or of His Book. But you don’t want the message to be overt. You want it to be subtle, hidden; you want a little mystery involved. When I tackle a salvage yard to photograph their rust spots, I rarely see the story immediately. Rather the color, composition, design, or texture is what attracts me. Later, when I rotate and flip it in Photoshop, that’s when the story behind the art pops out at me. Like a child looking at clouds, I delight in the revelations. I am on a creative roll.
